Learn more about the mission and values of Rae of Hope Music Therapy.
Music lives in us from the moment our hearts begin to beat. My mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces where music supports your journey.
I am a recent graduate of Acadia University, completing my clinical internship as I work toward becoming an accredited Music Therapist (MTA). As a lifelong resident of rural Nova Scotia, I recognize the deep need for accessible therapy along the South Shore.
"Music can heal the wounds that medicine cannot touch."
At Rae of Hope Music Therapy, my mission is to provide high-quality, clinical music therapy services that are accessible to rural communities. I believe that every individual has a musical self, and that through intentional, evidence-based interventions, we can unlock new pathways for communication, emotional expression, and cognitive development. My practice is built on the values of safety, inclusion, and the belief that therapy should be a collaborative journey between the therapist and the client.
Available for individual sessions, group work, and school-based programming.
